The current work, for lead paint stabilization and repainting, is being performed through a $344,000 contract with Jupiter Environmental Services, Inc., of Pine Brook, NJ. Sarnoski took the oath of office for a fourth three-year term as the Board conducted its annual reorganization meeting Jan. 4 at the Courthouse in Belvidere. Freeholder James R. Kern, III was named Deputy Director for the year, and Warren County Sheriff James McDonald, Sr. was sworn in for a second term after Warren County Clerk Holly Mackey read the certifications of election for Sarnoski and McDonald.
